Optical Demultiplexer component for multi-satellite applications.
This device receives the satellite and terrestrial signal from 4 optical transmitters previously multiplexed over a single fiber, demultiplexes them and sends them through 4 fibers at wavelengths Ch34 (1550,12 nm) / Ch33 (1550,92 nm) / Ch32 (1551,72 nm) / Ch31 (1552,52 nm) to the different receivers in the system using the DWDM technique.
Highlights:
- DWDM (Dense Wavelength Division Multiplexing) technology
- Compatible with Overlight Series transmitters for 4-satellite and terrestrial TV transmission solutions for more than 64 users through a single optical fiber (amplification required)
- Smaller signal losses
- High channel isolation
- Compact and very discreet format
- Designed for indoor installation
- 100% European design, quality, and manufacturing
- SC/APC optical connectors
- Recommended for use in combination with MUX ref. 234751
