FireProtect 2 (Heat/Smoke) Jeweller is a wireless fire detector with a built in siren intended for indoor installation. It detects smoke and temperature rise and also works without a hub. The detector operates as part of the Ajax system, communicating with the hub via the Jeweller secure radio protocol. The hubs communication range is up to 1,700 meters without obstacles.
FireProtect 2 comes with a replaceable battery which runs for up to 7 years before replacing.
