Best fix for hdmi over distance

We used the 10M version but now ordering these 20M for more jobs I would have used senders over Cat5/6 point to point. for similar distances we have had many of those that have interference of other electrical sources and PSU failure so where we can these are a go to fix for 10-20M. BE AWARE with these all are directional and must be the right way Source to Display its printed on them but guess what I did first time!
