DPD amongst other courier services are seeing a huge backlog of parcels in many depots. This has resulted in these services no longer being guaranteed next day. We strongly advise where possible to use Alltrade's van delivery service. If requiring delivery via an external courier service please allow extra days for delivery.
This delay will also affect our incoming deliveries. Please also allow extra time for stock when ordering special orders or out of stocks.

The industrial action at Royal Mail has impacted our entire industry and means we continue to see unprecedented demand for our services. In response to this, and the high volume of parcels we are still seeing in our network we have introduced a number of new operational measures.
These measures include the temporary restriction of deliveries to a limited number of postcode areas, this equates to approximately 5% of all postcodes nationally.
