Making Payment

ONLINE

On completion of your order you can pay with a debit or credit card, if you hold a credit account with us it will be added to your account and a statement will be e-mailed to you at the end of each month.

• We can now store many different payment cards (on your log in only as the details are not held companywide, if you wish to use the same card for different people within an organisation they will also need to add the details on to their login)

• For credit account customers you can now pay any outstanding amount online; either against specific invoices (our preference) or simply a lump sum (please note we will need to know what you would like to pay this lump sum against i.e. the oldest invoices or maybe just against a specific invoice)

DEBIT / CREDIT CARDS

Visa or Mastercard, Debit or Credit cards are all accepted without any surcharges.

American Express cards are subject to a 0.75% surcharge.

Peace of mind security: We use a third-party company who is a leading provider of payment gateway services to process all card payment transactions. The company is certified as a PCI DSS Level 1 processor for the handling of payment card data. Alltrade do not store any payment card information but a token issued by the company which only shows the last four digits of any card. Personal and cardholder data is encrypted inflight using Transport Layer Security (TLS) encryption (also known as HTTPS) and at rest using AES256.

PAYPAL

An invoice needs to be raised by our accounts team within PayPal. This service is subject to a 5% surcharge, for any orders over £1,500 the surcharge reduces to 4%.

CREDIT ACCOUNT

We offer ‘30 days end of the following month’ credit accounts, these are subject to status and requires a short form to be completed. A quick decision is usually made and advised.

CASH

Is accepted and can be securely left for our trustworthy delivery drivers or handed in to a trade counter when you collect.
